Schwechat, January 27, 2026 – Lower Austrian startup Sipfront, which specializes in monitoring and quality assurance for telecommunications networks, has secured fresh capital for its next phase of growth. In the current financing round, around €1.8 million will flow into the company. In addition to existing investor tecnet equity, which is investing a further €500,000 as co-lead investor, a new international investor, Airbridge Equity Partners (AEP) from Amsterdam, is coming on board with an investment of around €1.25 million. Existing business angels Gernot Singer, Jan Trionow, and Markus Buchner are also participating again. Sipfront intends to use the capital to further expand its strategic focus on voice AI and continue developing its solutions for enterprise customers.
Sipfront is responding to a rapidly changing market, as companies increasingly rely on voicebots and AI-powered communication systems. This also increases the need to test their quality, accuracy, and resilience. This is exactly where Sipfront comes in. The platform automatically checks whether voicebots deliver the right content, act correctly, and function reliably even when handling many simultaneous requests.
“Anyone who has ever spoken to a poorly functioning voicebot knows how quickly the customer experience suffers,” says Andreas Granig, CEO and co-founder of Sipfront. “Companies therefore need robust tools to ensure that their voice AI remains accurate, powerful, and scalable. That's exactly why we are continuing to develop our technology—with an increasing focus on enterprise requirements.”
With Airbridge, Sipfront is bringing a new strategic investor on board that specializes in high-growth technology companies and specifically supports the expansion of AI applications in corporate communications. The investment underscores the growing global demand for automated quality assurance solutions in the field of voice AI and demonstrates confidence in the technological foundation of the Austrian startup.
“Sipfront is addressing an enormously growing market, as AI-supported customer communication is becoming a strategic core process for companies worldwide,” emphasizes Rutger Delhaas, partner at Airbridge. “We are investing because Sipfront not only impresses with its technology, but also has a deep understanding of the challenges facing modern enterprises.”
tecnet equity reaffirms its long-term cooperation with Sipfront. “An experienced founding team, clear technological advancement, and the growing demand for reliable voice AI quality assurance in the enterprise environment were the key reasons for our renewed investment decision,” say Doris Agneter and Jürgen Milde-Ennöckl of tecnet equity.
Sipfront's solutions are already being used in companies with high communication quality requirements. In addition to analyzing voice quality and connection security, Sipfront offers AI-powered test bots that simulate real customer dialogues and put voice bots or contact center systems through their paces. With its increased focus on voice AI, Sipfront is particularly targeting large companies that combine increasing call volumes, complex dialogue structures, and high service requirements. Dynamic conversation flows, content verification, and stress tests are among the key technology areas that Sipfront will continue to expand with the financing.
