Deepentix secures Pre-Seed Investment

Oberwaltersdorf, August 20, 2026 – With a SAFE (Simple Agreement for Future Equity), the Lower Austrian deep-tech startup Deepentix is driving its next steps in growth. Participants in the financing round include tecnet equity, the international early-stage investor Rockstart, and business angel Kambis Kohansal Vajargah.

Deepentix has developed an enterprise AI platform that helps companies build a so-called knowledge graph from documents such as studies, patents, or internal reports—a verified network of facts and their relationships. This allows answers generated by artificial intelligence to be traced back to the exact sentence in the source document. This is particularly crucial in highly regulated industries, where statements must be substantiated and verified at all times.

Knowledge graphs instead of black-box AI

Companies in industries such as pharmaceuticals, medical technology, insurance, and banking work with large volumes of studies, patents, standards, and internal reports on a daily basis. While traditional generative AI provides quick answers, it often cannot fully verify the sources of that information. This is exactly where Deepentix comes in. The platform transforms unstructured corporate data into a knowledge graph, thereby creating a traceable knowledge base for AI applications.

“When employees have to blindly trust an AI because they can’t verify its answers, that poses a real risk—especially in sensitive areas. We solve this very trust issue by making every answer traceable back to its source in the document,” explains Morteza Amini, co-founder and CEO of Deepentix.

Full control over your own data

Today, knowledge graphs are often built as part of complex consulting projects or using standardized solutions that can only be tailored to individual departments to a limited extent. For companies that want to maintain control over their sensitive data while also requiring precise results, this approach often reaches its limits.

That is why Deepentix does not develop consulting projects for individual clients, but rather a tool that enables companies to create, operate, and customize knowledge graphs themselves to meet their specific needs.

The platform does not rely on a single large AI model from the cloud, but rather on several small, specialized language models that are specifically trained for individual industries such as pharmaceuticals or banking. This makes the results more accurate, while the models can be run directly on the companies’ own servers as needed.

“We don’t see ourselves as consultants who build a knowledge network for individual clients, but rather as a technology provider that gives companies full control over their own data and models,” said Amini.

“In addition to the technology, we were particularly impressed by Deepentix’s strong founding team. The combination of their scientific background and experience at international companies was the deciding factor in investing at this early stage,” says Peter Buchinger, Investment Associate at tecnet equity.

“With tecnet equity, Rockstart, and business angel Kambis Kohansal Vajargah, we have partners on board who know the path of deep-tech startups firsthand. This gives us not only capital but also access to a network and experience to take the right steps at this stage,” adds Amini.

The fresh capital will primarily go toward research and development, as well as the expansion of initial pilot projects in regulated industries.

About Deepentix

Deepentix is a Lower Austrian deep-tech company that develops an enterprise AI platform for regulated industries. Using the platform, the company transforms corporate data and documents—such as studies, patents, standards, and internal reports—into verifiable knowledge networks (knowledge graphs), thereby making every AI-generated statement traceable back to its source in the original document. Instead of relying on large, generic cloud models, Deepentix uses small, task-specific language models that can also be operated on-premises. Its initial target industries are highly regulated sectors such as pharmaceuticals and financial services. For more information, visit www.deepentix.com
